In Early 2025, I was tasked with, as part of my university degree creating a Social Media Pitch video for the upcoming re-release of James Eaves' 2006 Action/Horror Film The Witches Hammer. The task was to break down a series of social media platforms on how they could be used to market the film.

Through my 6 years of study in the field of Film & TV, I have created, been a part of and collbarted on many projects with many amazing and talented people. Now, at the age of 21, I am preparing to create a feature length anthology film with my fellow students. On this page i'll be taking you through a selection of my work over the years and whats to come in the future with our film, Magenta House. Back in 2022, i collaborated with my good friends Freddie Skerritt & Andrei Zeffan to create two short films that both had a simple brief: no dialogue, just music and visuals. We shot both of them in a single day for each. I also scored and edited both. We submitted Volume 1 to a film festival in 2024 but it did not make competition.  

In Eary 2023, i completed production on a documentary about the music of the Alton Towers Resort Theme Park which i wrote, edited and narrated. This project allowed me to creatively exercise one of my hobbies into a informative piece for the public to consume and learn about a very niche topic of which had not been covered in documentary form before.

In Augest 2023, I was asked to do some videography work for the Southend Museums' Anglo Saxon Day Event. I filmed all aspects of the event and cut the footage into 7 different videos which are all linked here. I task myself to research some era accurate music which i sourced from various places. One of which was using some of the score to the 2022 Robert Eggers film The Northman composed by Robin Carolan & Sebastian Gainsborough for the Weapons Display video.

In the summer of 2023. myself, Freddie and our friend and actor Bradley Jack Williams decided to create a short film set in a basketball court. Freddie wrote the script, both of us directed it and i also scored and edited it too. This particular endeavour was crafted by us on our own from the ground up. This is a collaboration that I'm very proud of both in terms of post production and cinematography  

The Day Off is a short film written & directed by my friend Freddie Skerritt. I was camera man and cinematographer on this film. This film took us to various locations such as London, KingPins Bowling, and Southend Sea Front. This film was the first of a few shorts in which i was director of photography or editor. These include a editing job for Sleeper Crew, cinematography for Twin Flames a short film written and directed by Emma Fulcher and a filmed compilation of a play performed by Bradley Jack Williams

In my spare time, i like to review movies and tv shows on my YouTube Channel. I usually review films that i have really enjoyed or feel a need to discuss. A few years ago i reviewed several franchises and tv shows on my channel too. My reviews are quite lax. Minimal editing, just voiceover & trailers. simple yet informative. I even dabbled in soundtrack reviews on my second channel. I also created two in depth videos discussing nostalgic video games i grew up playing on the PS2 & DS. My most recent review at time of wrting was Sinners but i have attached one i'm quite proud of to the site so please check it out!

In 2024, i played a part in making a documentary about Southend Museums' Archaeology Exhibition. I was camera operator, vison mixer, composer & editor. I also organised the location shoot through my connections at the Museum Service. We shoot this both in the TV Studio and on location at Southend Central Museum. This was a changeling group project that wielded a positive outcome. We showed this piece, alongside a behind the scenes of the interview shoot at our End Of Year Show 2024: And... Cut! on June 10th 2024.

In March 2024, myself and Freddie collaborated with make up artist Amy Slade to produce this short for her portfolio. Freddie acted in and directed it while i was Cinematographer, Camera Operator, Editor & Composer. We shot it at Priory Park in one day and edited it on the same day in the forum. This collaboration was very successful as Amy has become a frequent collaborator of ours and we are hoping to further collaborate with her on our upcoming film Magenta House. Linked bellow is a selection of my other short film projects that were produced over the last couple years all of which i have directed, edited and scored. These selections are films which i am not going in depth with but are still worth mentioning as they are steps on my journey in the world of Film & TV

This year, I worked on a tribute piece to the late great legendry auteur director, David Lynch. For this project i was Vison Mixer, Sound & Lighting. I also edited this piece and this is once again being shown at this years End Of Year Show, And... Action! on June 9th 2025. The edit for this project was actually my favourite part of it. I went in depth to cut the video in places it needed for example the convince store sequence in which it had to visually and musically change between quick cuts.

In February, I was contacted by one of the Designated Care Advisors on the University's Safeguarding team, Princess to help produce a podcast along side fellow Film & TV Student Lily Osang . Princess presented us with a detailed plan which indicated five recording sessions in the podcast studio three of which were conducted by myself and the final two were conducted by Lily. Lily also went on to post produce all the episodes. Princess expressed interest in producing a spin off series, which indicates a successful collaboration

In June 2024, i was approached by former university student Alex Chettur to be a part of the crew on his comedy western short film D R A W ! which is premiering on May 10th. I was a behind the scenes videographer and also did the clapperboard on the first day. This was a really fun 3 day shoot working with a amazingly talented cast crew which included previous collaborators Amy, Bradley, Freddie & Elliot most of whom we will be collaborating with again on Magenta House.
